Services
The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each project are set out in a written proposal or agreement. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.
Payments
Payment milestones are stated in the proposal. Work may pause if payments are overdue.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide content, approvals and access in good time, and to make sure you own or have rights to the materials you give us.
Ownership
After full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you, excluding third-party tools, plugins and libraries that remain subject to their own licences.
Warranties and liability
We work with care and fix defects in our deliverables reported within the agreed support period. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic or revenue. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

Governing law
